We believe that it might be strange or confusing for you to order from a different country. Rest assured that we do our very best to be as convenient as possible so that you can receive your goods in a very hazzle-free manner.

Pricing

All Prices are shown either in USD or EURO depending on your personal location or the shipping address. All prices are excluding your local VAT.

All non-US currency amounts displayed are estimates provided for general information purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any foreign currency information.

The final amount shown in your cart is in US dollars. The estimated product price does not include customs, duties and/or taxes. Your credit card company may charge you a conversion fee.

Any charges or refunds to your credit card will be issued in US dollars. Refund amounts may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuating exchange rates.

International orders are charged as soon as you click “Place Order”.

Return Policy & Instructions

Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Balmer within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

  1. Fill Out the Online Return Form – Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by filling out the online form found in the My Orders section
  1. Pack Your Item Properly – Place your item back into the original manufacturer’s packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged.
  1. Ship Your Item with Return Label – Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

International Returns and Replacements

If you return a product to us, you will become the exporter from the destination country. That title and any risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise (any purchased item and its accompanying free items). Shipping carriers will assist you in recovering your duties and taxes for a fee. Please contact shipping carriers directly to initiate this service.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Balmer Watches reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Balmer Watches can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Balmer will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Personalized products 

Personalized products are considered as final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Watch bracelets that have been adjusted should be returned with all the links originally shipped.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited Liability

Balmer Watches is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Balmer Watches is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Shipping: How and Where We Ship

We ship around the globe. Please check below to acquaint yourself with any exceptions and conditions that may apply to your location.

We currently do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Russia and Uganda.

We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories.

In-stock domestic shipments are usually shipped within 24 hours of the order. See Delivery Times for details. Totals are calculated after all rebates and bundle discounts have been applied. Gift cards, freight charges, duties and taxes do not count towards the $49 order total. Shipping and Custom fees are nonrefundable.

Balmer Watches ships most international packages with FedEx.

Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

Select Special Order items may be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you. Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.

Customs, Duties, Fees & Shipping Cost

International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT).

Your country’s import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Balmer Watches cannot be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

We collect state sales tax on purchases made in our web store. Sales taxes are not VATs and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors upon returning home.

Refused or Returned Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Balmer Watches reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Signature & Ordering Deadline

All orders are shipped “signature required” upon receipt. International orders received before 7am Eastern Daylight Time (GMT -04:00) will be shipped the same day. To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email, if your order will be delayed.

Attested Documents

Certain countries require your order’s documents to be attested by the chamber of commerce. In the event that you need attested documents there will be a $50 USD fee per document requiring a signature along with a shipping charge to send you the documents.

Multiple Items

To avoid higher than normal shipping and duty fees, orders containing multiple items stored in different warehouses will be consolidated at one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email if your order will be delayed.
